Advance Plumbing provide a swift and reliable 24 hour plumbing service, so they wanted an easy-to-use website that would reflect their dependability.
The Project Brief
The Director of Advance Plumbing was previously with Yell, paying around £60 per month in hosting costs for a website that didn’t meet expectations – and was barely accessible at all on mobile devices.
The main requirements for the project were, naturally, a reliable website that could be reached via mobile devices – the current most popular way to access the internet worldwide. The client also wanted more effective ways to track site traffic, google rankings and in general, a higher quality website than what had been offered previously. The client was also running Google Ads campaigns which were not yielding many results due to the lack of call-to-action copy across the website.

The resulting website crafted by the Lowaire Team provided a fresher, more accessible site that – to Advance Plumbing’s specific requirements – was finally able to be viewed on a mobile device! The change included adding a WhatsApp feature to the site, allowing clients immediate accessibility to the Advance Plumbing service.
The site freshen-up also included a touch up of the company logo and colour schemes, tranforming the dull dark greens to an appealing light blue, and increasing the logo resolution for better print and digital publishing. A video header was also added to the site.
Lowaire handled all of the DNS changes and domain transfer directly with Yell, letting the client keep their peace of mind, and ensuring we could deliver a quality service.
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Webmaster Tools were also integrated to the site, and Lowaire continue to monitor Google AdWords on behalf of Advance Plumbing.
