PHP Web Developer

Based in Shepshed, Leicestershire our Google accredited team develop effective websites and marketing strategies for forward-thinking companies within both the public & private sector. We have a proven track record of building custom designed website whilst increasing search visibility for our clients across Google, Yahoo & Bing. We are now seeking an experienced PHP Web Developer to join our growing team.

As a Website Developer, you’ll work on stimulating and varied projects including WordPress development & marketing websites, web applications and mobile applications, across a range of clients and sectors.

More specifically the job holder will:

As a talented and enthusiastic Website Developer, you’ll be interested in progressing your development knowledge and the overall skills and knowledge of the team. Your initial projects will be WordPress & AngularJS related therefore a good amount of knowledge in these areas will be required.

Working as an integrated member of the agile team, you will work closely with the Project Manager & SEO Consultants to help ensure quality and innovation are at the forefront of our development methods. We’re looking for a candidate with a good amount of experience who can bring some new skills and techniques to our growing team. We focus on WordPress and mobile app development which is primarily built with JavaScript, or JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS.

Essential Skills

PHP Development (Angular JS)

Sales & Marketing Administrator

Lowaire Digital is a website design digital marketing agency based in Shepshed, Leicestershire which serves clients locally, nationally and internationally providing custom built digital solutions. Alongside focusing on website design and digital marketing we also work across mobile app development and AI development projects.

We are now seeking an experienced part-time sales & marketing administrator to join our growing team.

Job Summary & Purpose

The candidate will be responsible for selling website design, app development and digital marketing solutions to businesses across various sectors, therefore, the ability to adapt quickly is essential. You’ll be contacting clients via email and phone in order to close deals and secure appointments for our sales staff whilst also assisting with general administration and comms.

More specifically the job holder will:

a) Maximise website design and digital marketing revenue from new and existing clients

b) Ensure monthly sales quotas are met whilst ensuring KPI’s are exceeded

c) Identify and source new business opportunities from social, referral and direct channels.

d) Maintain systems and organise prospects accordingly in-line with company policies

e) Establish, maintain and improve relationships with existing, new and lapsed clients

Key role responsibilities

● Researching and canvassing for new business. Identifying sales opportunities and effectively presenting key features and benefits of our services.

● Attending Trade shows & exhibitions in order to grow new business and educate clients about our products and services.

● Ensuring clients are up to date with all activities and developments within brand and its associated products

● Selling the benefits of paid advertising and re-marketing to clients

● Negotiating with clients and suppliers in order to close deals

● Monitor competitor publications and websites to seek and convert leads. Also, monitor new clients and industry developments for lead conversion methods.

● Maintaining all records on the database ensuring that all prospect details are correct, organised and up to date.

● Working to agreed targets and maintaining consistent revenue.

Success Measures

● Personal new business sales from previously unexploited prospects

● Proactive approach to sales targets and KPI’s

● Performance against team targets and average sales

● Longevity of accounts and likelihood of their renewals

● Consistently delivering 7.5 hours call time each week

● Effective use of the FreshSales CRM system to record calls, activities, bookings and effective pipeline management

Essential skills and experience

• Experience within a sales or marketing orientated environment.

• The ability to understand market trends and developments in order to maximise sales opportunities.

• Researching company activities, divisions, locations and size of clients.

• Ability to identify opportunities for conversations with clients.

Working hours: 22.5 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday – 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Hourly rate: £7.75 – £8.25 p/h (dependant on experience)

Tife Adekoya is our Marketing Administrator and has only recently joined our growing team at Lowaire Digital. Tife deals primarily with new business, whilst ensuring that client’s are on-boarded with tailored support, and with any issues resolved promptly.


With a keen interest in website design and digital marketing, Tife enjoys video production, learning new languages, dancing, travelling, playing football and visiting family and friends in his spare time.

Managing Director

Role & Experience

A true self-starter and innovator with multi-sector experience having worked in the hospitality, healthcare, recruitment, aviation and the industrial sector. With a proven track record in delivering excellent revenue growth for local, national and global businesses across Europe, through effective lead management along with enhancing profitability through building strong relationships within B2B and B2C markets.

Working across multiple departments including website design and digital marketing, whilst overseeing a team of highly experienced developers and digital marketers. Adam’s primary role at Lowaire Digital is to ensure our client’s projects are delivered on-time, whilst also ensuring we provide excellent customer service and response times as a business. Adam can often be found providing technical support in relation to website hosting, domain names and email accounts alongside building engaging and captivating websites for our clients.

About Adam

With experience working within the NHS and international organisations, Adam decided to launch Lowaire Digital in April 2014 with the view of providing a better service to clients looking for a transparent website design and digital marketing agency to work with, without the lengthy contracts and agreements.

Adam enjoys learning about artificial intelligence (AI) and new technology in general as well as traveling. At the moment Adam is working towards his private pilots license at East Midlands Airport and he is also working towards his level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Role & Experience

Emma is new to the team at Lowaire Digital, but a much needed asset! As our in-house Web Content Specialist, Emma has an A level in English Literature at grade A* and she is also working towards her BA (honours) degree in English literature in her spare time. Emma has a great attitude towards projects and enjoys understanding about the industries and expertise of our clients, in order to create and curate engaging and highly search-worthy content. Which ultimately results in increased visibility online across major search engines i.e. Google, Yahoo & Bing.

Emma is currently working towards her Google Adwords & Google Analytics certifications and also manages social media campaigns on behalf of clients in order to increase brand awareness and brand loyalty.

Tracy Jesson
Marketing Consultant

Role & Experience

As a Marketing Consultant at Lowaire Digital, Tracy works across new business development and organic SEO. Developing long-term marketing strategies for our clients which are tailored around individual goals and specifications Tracy is able to identify opportunities for our clients in order to increase website traffic and ultimately overall revenue. Providing a unique mix of both traditional and modern marketing methods to our clients, Tracy plays a key part in our success and growth.

In addition to this, Tracy is a certified Google Adwords professional who also manages our client’s social media campaigns and profiles.

Tracy is a bubbly and ambitious individual who is also a busy mum of one, balancing mum duties with work, walking the dog, going to the gym and practicing her newest addiction, tap dancing! She also tutors Year 6 maths and makes dance costumes for her son and his dance school in her spare time.

David Russell
Lead Consultant

Role & Experience

David Russell joined Lowaire Digital in early 2017 and has rapidly grown his client-base due to his extensive understanding of organic SEO & paid media marketing. Starting as an Account Manager at Lowaire Digital, David is now a Lead Consultant who works across various departments including Adwords Management, Organic SEO and Website Design.

As well as this, David is also an Adwords certified professional meeting Google’s industry standards and undertakes regular external training in order to progress his knowledge. Client’s enjoy working with David because of his attention to detail, reliability and his prompt support response times.

David has 30 years business experience in the cultural industries both private and public sector working in the UK, Europe, China, Japan, Australia and the USA, David is responsible for strategic overview, financial  controls and HR. He has been MD and financial manager for several companies and created two successful joint venture businesses with UK and USA based multi-national corporations.  With the massive growth of the digital world in the 21st century, David is very familiar with the way marketing and business growth has to adapt and embrace the new ways of developing a growing business.
